Findings Table: Downloading Findings and Exporting Single Finding Details Mallory Provan You can download findings in bulk and or export an individual finding's complete details directly from the Findings Table [ Findings ➔ Findings Table].Downloading Findings as a CSVFindings are downloaded as a CSV using the Download button at the top right of the table. Your download can take up to 30 minutes. When ready, you can access the download through the Notification page. You will be notified by email if report download notification emails are enabled. You can only have one download request in progress at a time. If you need to download another CSV, please wait for your current request to complete, then try again. Customizing Data in Your DownloadFindings are downloaded as a CSV. This CSV includes finding details from the columns that are currently shown in the Findings Table; some finding details may not be included in your download unless you add the column they're in to the table. You can add columns using the following workflow: Select the Customize columns button at the top-right of the table. Select the checkbox next to any columns that you would like to add to the Findings Table. Select the Download button. The downloaded CSV will include the data from the added columns. Download Size and Delivery If the CSV contains 9000 or fewer rows of data, the download begins immediately. If the CSV contains greater than 9000 and less than 100,000 rows of data, the download runs asynchronously. When the download is ready, the user who requested it is notified with an email and a notification. If the Findings Table contains 100,000 or more rows of data, the Download button cannot be used. Decrease the number of rows in the Findings Table to less than 100,000 using filters in order to download the CSV. Exporting and Sharing a Single FindingIf you need to share a specific finding with an external stakeholder or team, you can export its complete details as a standalone PDF. This allows anyone to view the full context of the finding and take necessary action without needing to log in to the Bitsight portal.To export a single finding: Locate and click on the finding you want to share in the Findings Table. Select the Download button on the upper right-hand corner of the Findings details to download the PDF. Share the PDF with whomever needs to take action.
