Setup and Approve Vendor Access Links for the Client/Vendor Access Program

The Client/Vendor Access Program provides participants access to the Bitsight Security Ratings Platform at no additional cost. You can generate access links to distribute to vendors. When a vendor opens the link, they’ll be able to fill out a form to request access to the Security Posture Management application and join the program.

Permissions

• You must be an Admin to generate an access link.

Instructions for Setting Up Vendor Access Links

1. Navigate to the Vendor Access Links page [ Risk Program Setup ➔ Vendor Access Links] 

2. Select Create Link.

3. You are notified via email when the vendor completes the request form. You must approve requests to join the program.

Instructions for Approving Vendors for the Client / Vendor Program

1. Go to the Collaboration page 

2. Approve your vendors for the program.

Good to Know

An account may have multiple access links. If a new link is generated by another Admin, any previous tokens remain valid.
