Client/Vendor Access Program

The Client/Vendor Access Program allows Bitsight accounts to extend an invitation to their vendors, clients, or company and allow access to the Bitsight Security Ratings Platform at no additional cost to the account-holder or the recipient.

Access & Capabilities

Recipients who take advantage of the offer get access to the Bitsight platform for their own company. Recipients invited by Insurance application users have Full Access for 60 calendar days. Recipients invited by all other Bitsight users have Full Access for 45 calendar days. After these introductory periods, all recipients get Core Access, which maintains the following capabilities:

• Their Bitsight Security Rating.

• Insights to risk vector grades.

• View and prioritize key findings in the application.

• View and download findings data.

  For users with Core Access, the full findings report is available for download every 90 days on the Findings Table page.

  Findings data is rescanned every 90 days.

  • Full Access: Access the full details of ratings-impacting findings.
  • Core Access: View up to 5 findings. All findings and details are still available via download.

• View and download Forensics data.

  If applicable Compromised Systems findings are present, Core users have access to the forensics details provided by the Forensics tool.

  • Full Access: Available as an add-on package.
  • Core Access: Available if applicable Compromised Systems findings are present.

• Comment on findings to communicate with stakeholders.

• Add infrastructure tags as geographical indicators, business unit designations, and other helpful clarifications (guest wi-fi, corporate wi-fi, testing environments, etc.).
