CM App: Downloading Alert Details Mallory Provan You can download a CSV of triggered Continuous Monitoring alerts form the Portfolio Alerts or Fourth Party Alerts pages of the CM application. These alerts can be downloaded by selecting the Download button in the top-right corner of the page. Portfolio Alerts Data The Portfolio alerts CSV includes the following data: Alert Category Date of the Alert Start Date of the Alert Company Name Company GUID Company URL Folder GUID Folder Name Change Severity Trigger Fourth Party Alerts Data The Fourth Party alerts CSV includes the following data: Date of the Alert Start Date of the Alert Company Name Company GUID Folder Name Folder GUID Trigger Security Ratings Alert Data In the platform, alerts in the Security Ratings category include Category and Alert columns that specify the specific risk vector that triggered the rating change and the exact rating change. This data is not included in the CSV. Troubleshooting If the Download button is greyed out, check the number of rows showing. If there are more than 9000 rows of data, the download cannot be performed due to size limitations.
