Account: Distribution List Tab

Alerts can be sent via a distribution email. Configure distribution emails from the Distribution List tab in the Account page [ Settings ➔ Distribution List].

Email Distribution List for Alerts

Enter the email distribution address into the Email distribution list for alerts field and enable any of the following alerts:

• Subscribe distribution list to security rating email alerts
  If enabled, your email distribution list is alerted when a portfolio company's rating change reaches or exceeds any of the specified thresholds over seven days (Ratings Threshold Change).
• Subscribe distribution list to compromised system email alerts
  If enabled, your email distribution list is alerted when Compromised System events that affect your company's security rating occur.

Email Distribution List for Infection Alerts

Enter the email distribution address into the Email distribution list for infection alerts field.

If the Subscribe distribution list to infection alerts option is enabled, your distribution list receives infection alerts. You can set the frequency to 10 minutes, 1 hour, or 1 day.
