Why Third Parties May Not Respond to Bitsight Access Requests

If you've requested access to the Bitsight Security Ratings Platform for one of your third parties through the Client/Vendor Access Program but are still waiting for them to accept and respond, it may be for one of these reasons:

Their organization's internal policy may not allow them to access the Bitsight platform.

It can help to have a conversation with them ahead of time to identify any of these issues prior to sending the access request and to set the stage for any questions/concerns you might need them to investigate.

They may need approval from someone at their organization prior to logging in due to legal or organizational reasons.
