You have the option to schedule the report to be created and received directly to your inbox on a daily, weekly, or monthly cadence.
Use scheduled reports to:
- Set a monthly schedule for the Executive Progress Report and measure how your organization is responding to escalating inherent risk.
- Regularly monitor how your organization is responding to escalating residual risk.
A scheduled report will cease if the owner of the report is no longer an active user.
How to schedule a report
Scheduling a Report
Set the frequency to distribute your report. An average portfolio rating change report is better tracked week over week, while an infection alerts report is better tracked day over day. Reports can be scheduled as “Never” (default) or can be scheduled on the following durations:
- Daily: Set the time❖ for report delivery.
- Weekly: Set the date and time❖ for report delivery.
- Monthly: Set the frequency (First Day of the Month, Last Day of the Month, First Monday of the Month) and then set the time❖ for report delivery.
❖The time is set to the user’s local time.
