Import Your Vendors from the Bitsight Platform to OneTrust

If you do not have any vendors in your OneTrust vendor inventory, import your vendors from Bitsight to set up your Bitsight and OneTrust Vendorpedia integration workflow.

1. Create your OneTrust credentials.
2. Test the workflow by going to Context Menu ➔ Test Workflow ➔ Run Test. Make sure you get the “200 OK” message. If the following do not resolve the 200 OK message, contact a OneTrust Support Representative.
   • There should be no vendors in your inventory.
   • Make sure your credentials are present and correct.
3. Confirm your workflow creation by going to Close ➔ Activate ➔ OK.

The workflow will be in the Integrations module of the Connections page.

To see you vendors, go to Vendor Management ➔ Vendors.
