Bitsight for Vulnerability Response by ServiceNow: Integration Troubleshooting

If the Bitsight for Vulnerability Response by ServiceNow integration fails, your Bitsight API token may have been revoked or is invalid.

If the Findings company dropdown is not showing a list of companies, your API token is not working. To update your API token:

1. Select Clear Token in the Disable Bitsight Integration section at the bottom of the Application Configuration page.
