We’re excited to introduce a new and improved learning experience in Bitsight Academy! On May 26, our Academy will be moving to a new Learning Management System (LMS).

Why are we switching to a new learning experience?

We’re upgrading to a modern learning platform that provides a better experience for learners and better insights for our teams. The new system will allow us to personalize learning paths, measure adoption, and connect education to product success.

When will the change happen?

Our new learning platform will go live on May 26. You’ll receive email reminders and onboarding resources leading up to the launch, so keep an eye out for emails from academy@bitsight.com.

What’s changing?

• Easier access on mobile devices.

What will happen to current course completions and certifications?

We’re starting fresh with our new LMS, and that includes course completions and certifications. To download a record of your current course completions and certifications:

1. Select your name in the top right of the Academy dashboard.
2. Select Transcript.
3. Select an export option (Print Transcript or Export Transcript CSV).

We will also maintain a copy of this data for our records, so if you require access to your transcript after Academy moves, feel free to reach out so that we can help!
