What's new
USEM support: the integration now supports the Unified Security Exposure Management module. The USEM is the upgraded, modern platform architecture that sits on top of the legacy Vulnerability Response module.
SSL Certificate support: SSL certificates findings can now flow into ServiceNow VR alongside the rest of the findings data.
Why it matters
ServiceNow is actively moving customers from the legacy VR module to the USEM platform. Now our customers can upgrade to USEM without disrupting the Bitsight data flow into their remediation processes.
The integration is now available for customers that were already using the USEM module.
The VR integration was launched without supporting SSL Certificates (due to the some data constraints with ServiceNow). Those have been solved and now all Bitsight data can be available inside ServiceNow VR and USEM modules.
