Bitsight for Vendor Risk Management by ServiceNow: Adding Bitsight Data

To add the Bitsight Security Ratings data to a company’s default ServiceNow Vendor Risk Management view:

1. Go to the Portfolio module.
2. Click on the name of a vendor to open the vendor record.
3. Expand the Additional actions drop-down menu located at the top-left of the vendor record.
4. Navigate to the Form Design page [Configure ➔ Form Design].
5. Add the Bitsight Security Ratings field by dragging it from the list and dropping it into the form.
6. Ensure the following Bitsight Portfolio Information fields are populated for a quick view into security ratings of your portfolio companies (all other fields are optional):
   • Bitsight Company Name
   • Bitsight Security Rating
   • Bitsight Rating Date
