The Relationship section of the Company Information sheet to the right of the Vendor Overview page [CM App: Vendor Risk ➔ Overview] summarizes your relationship with the company.

Relationship

The type of relationship between an organization and a particular company.

Tier

Tiers can be used as filters to drive alerts on security ratings or risk vector grades, just like the folder functionality.

Custom ID

A custom identifier for the company. Data can be organized by mapping identifiers with Bitsight data, which makes it easier to associate our data with the rest of vendor-related information.

Subscription

Changing subscriptions allows you to move companies between subscription types so that you have the right level of visibility for each vendor, at the right time.
