Setup and Approve Access Links for Client/Vendor Access Program Participants

The Client/Vendor Access Program provides participants access to the Bitsight Security Ratings Platform at no additional cost. You can generate access links to distribute to clients or vendors. When a client or vendor opens the link, they’ll be able to fill out a form to request access to the program.

Instructions to Set Up Access Links

1. Navigate to the Client Access Links page [ Program Setup ➔ Client Access Links] 

2. Select Create Link.

3. You are notified via email when the client completes the request form. You must approve requests to join the program through the instructions below

Instructions for Approving Access Invitations

1. Go to the Access Invitations page [ Client Engagement ➔ Access Invitations].

2. Approve your policyholders for the program.

3. If the Collaboration Reason is Self Requested, the Manage Access option is available by the Status column.
