TMH App: Documents Ingrid The Documents page in the Trust Management Hub application shows documents your customers are requiring as part of their security review process through the use of a required tag. Use the Documents page to answer questionnaires, upload security/compliance documentation, and check the document completion status.ActionsUse the Documents page to complete the following actions: Delete a Completed Document Deleting a document unshares it from existing connections, resets questionnaires, and removes attachments on other document types. Instructions: Select Options ➔ Delete at the top-right of a document tile. Download Questionnaire Get a CSV file containing answers, comments, and other key questionnaire metadata. Instructions: Enter view mode for a questionnaire to download by selecting it. Select Cancel Editing if you see that option in the top-right. Select the Download button at the top-right. Edit Documents Instructions: Select Options ➔ Edit at the top-right of a document tile. Scroll to the Beginning of a Document Section Instructions: Select a section from the layout on the left. Search for Documents Instructions: Search by document title from the search bar at the top-right. Share All Documents Share all documents that you have started or completed within your profile. Instructions: Select the Share My Documents button at the top-left of the Documents page. Complete the Share data with your customer(s) form. See form field descriptions. Select the Send Request button at the bottom-right of the form. Share Select Documents Share select documents that you have started or completed within your profile. Instructions: Select the Share My Documents button at the top-left of the Documents page. Complete the Share data with your customer(s) form. See form field descriptions. Enable the Share Select Documents toggle. Select the Select Documents button at the bottom-right of the form. Select the documents to share. Select the Save Sharing Configuration button at the bottom-right of the Edit Sharing Configuration window. Sort Documents Sort the documents in each section alphabetically by name. Instructions: Use the Sort by dropdown at the top-left. Upload Questionnaire Instructions: Select the Download button in the questionnaire to download our template (.csv). Change all affected questionnaires and comments in the downloaded file. Select the Upload button. You must use the provided template, which contains the unique question reference IDs that are used to map the data. For common questionnaires like SIG Lite, you can map our RefIDs to existing Excel sheets. All child sub-questions are visible in the questionnaire CSV so they can be viewed and edited in one sitting.
