- Upload your certificate or report.
- Indicate the scope and expiration date.
- Provide a short description.
- Upload documents.
You can only have one instance of a Certificates & Assurance Reports type, but can upload multiple documents of that type.
- Mark unavailable certificates and assurance reports.

Insurance Policies |
- Upload your policy.
- Identify the insurance provider and indicate the expiration date.
- Provide a short description.
- Upload documents.
- Mark unavailable insurance policies.

Questionnaires |
- Select a questionnaire to see the corresponding questions.
- Answer the questions.
- Upload attachments for evidence.
- Leave comments regarding your responses.
- Start a dedicated chat with specific customers for each question in each questionnaire.
- Provide an estimated resolution date for remediating an observation.
- Indicate if you choose to not remediate an observation and provide your reasoning.
