TMH App: Connections Ingrid The Connections page in the Trust Management Hub application provides a view of all the relevant relationships for your company. The connections are segmented by type for easier review and action. Connection types: Incoming Requests Connected Customers Outgoing Shares Actions Bulk Edit Connections Instructions: Select all connections using the checkbox at the top-left of the table or select specific checkboxes. Use the button at the top-left of the table to complete any of the following actions: Accept or reject incoming connection requests. Revoke connections from the selected companies. Revoke Connection Disconnect from another company. Instructions: Use the Revoke button to the right of a vendor listed in the Connected Customers tab. Select Yes, revoke to confirm. See Connections by Type Instructions: Select the numbered tab at the top of the table. Search by Company Instructions: Use the search bar at the top-right of the table to search the Company column by company name. View Existing Connection Details View the details of an existing connection. Instructions: Select a connection in the Connected Customers tab. Incoming Requests With Data Residency, regions operate as independent networks and data is not shared across them. If a connection invite is sent from a different region, the originating region is enabled to allow for a response. The recipient is notified of the enabled residency and may switch between regions as needed. Company The name of the company. Due date This field is set by the requesting company and indicates the date by which they need all requested information. Requested By The name and email of the contact from the company that sent you the request for information. The date the request was sent is also indicated. Connected Customers Collaborators Collaborators on specific connections. This is for tracking responsibilities and assigning users from your account. Company The name of the company. Connection date The date when the connection was established. Due date The due date set by the requesting company, indicating when all requested information is needed. Partnership expiration The contract’s expiration date for a customer or partner to have access and review documents. Requirements Contains documents specified by the connection requester for security review. Outgoing Shares Company The name of the company. Shared by The sharer’s contact information (name and email address). Collaborators Track responsibilities and assign users from your account as collaborators on specific connections. Partnership expiration The contract’s expiration date for a customer or partner to have access and review documents. April 4, 2025: Revoke connection. March 10, 2025: Outgoing shares.
