If you are using the Security Posture Management application, you can unsubscribe from a company with a Risk Monitoring or Continuous Risk Monitoring subscription.
Prerequisites
- You must be using the Security Posture Management application
- A Risk Monitoring or Continuous Risk Monitoring subscription.
Unsubscribe from a company
Instructions
- Open the My Company list [
Organization → My Company List].
- Select the checkboxes next to the companies you want to unsubscribe from. You can unsubscribe from up to 20 companies at a time this way.
- Select the Actions dropdown.
- Select Unsubscribe Companies.
Bulk Unsubscribe from 20+ Companies
Instructions
If you want to unsubscribe from more than 20 companies, you can create a ticket with our Support team. We will require the following information for each company you wish to unsubscribe from:
- Company GUID. You can find a company's GUID by opening the Company Details page and copying it from the URL or requesting it with our API.
- Company name and domain
- Admin account user
Do you have a My Subsidiary subscription?
My Subsidiary subscriptions can only be removed by our Support team. Please create a support ticket to remove a My Subsidiary subscription.
