We do not have a centralized phone number. Use Patch AI Assistant to more quickly get answers. If the answer is not helpful, contact Bitsight Support from the No, create a ticket option at the bottom of the chat with Patch.
- Summarize your query into the chat to get some quick answers.
- Review Patch’s response. If the results are incorrect, enter Contact support into the chat to start the contact form.
- Fill in the form:
- Name
- Your name.
- Subject
- A summary of your query.
- Text Field
- Details or context for contacting Bitsight Support.
- Select
Send.
Manage Support Tickets
Go to the My requests page at the top-right of the Bitsight Knowledge Base [Profile ➔ Requests] to upload attachments, check the status of your support tickets, or manage your open tickets:
- Select the
View My Ticketsoption in Patch AI Assistant. - Expand your user menu (your profile picture and name) in the Knowledge Base and select
Requests.
