You must be logged in to Bitsight to contact Bitsight Support or review active support tickets.
Contact Us
You can contact Bitsight Support using the
Help menu, located in the top-right of the actions bar. From here, you can:
- Chat with Bitsight Support. Live Chat is available from Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 8:00 pm EST.
- Create a support ticket for off-hours help. Select Create Support Ticket to start an email thread.
Track Ticket Status
To check the status of your support tickets or manage your open tickets:
- In a Bitsight application, select
Help ➔ My Tickets.
- In the Knowledge Base, expand your user menu (your profile picture and name) and select My requests.
You may open new tickets and upload attachments to open tickets from this page.
