My Requests
Go to the My requests page to open new tickets, upload attachments, check the status of your support tickets, or manage your open tickets:
- Select the View My Tickets option in Patch AI Assistant.
- Expand your user menu (your profile picture and name) in the Knowledge Base and select Requests.
