Organization: My Company List Ingrid The My Company List page [ Organization ➔ My Company List] in the Security Posture Management application allows you to: View any subscribed entity within My Company. Organize companies into folders. Share your folders with colleagues. Search for companies affected by vulnerabilities or particular infections. Download portfolio reports & industry ratings, or company ratings. Actions Fields Filters Actions Add a Company to a Folder Instructions: Select Options next to a company to add to a folder. Select Add to Folder in the Actions section. Select a folder or Create new folder. Select Add. Add Multiple Companies to a Folder Instructions: Check the Checkbox to select a company to add to a folder. Select Actions ➔ Add to Folder. Select a folder or Create new folder. Select Add. Customize the Data ❖ Customize fields that are included in the table. Instructions: Select the Customize Columns button at the top-right of the table. Download the My Company List (.csv) Instructions: Select the Download button at the top-right. Filter the My Company List Instructions: Use the search bar at the top-right of the table to search for a company by their name or domain. Apply filters or select a filter set. See the available filters. If a company is not yet listed, submit a request to add that company to the Bitsight inventory (company request). Unsubscribe From a Benchmarking Company Instructions: Select Options to the right of the company. Select Unsubscribe. Fields Actions Use the Options button to take actions, use reports, or view Bitsight for 4th party data. This column cannot be removed. Add to Folder: Add the company to a folder. View Findings: View the company’s findings. View Issue Tracking: See the company’s issue tracking. View In Ratings Tree: See the company in the ratings tree. View Company Details: Navigate to the company’s details. Company The name, logo, and link to the company’s company details. Industry❖ The primary industry sector of the company. Primary Domain❖ The main website associated with the organization. Security Rating The company’s security rating, which is a number from 250-900 indicating their security performance. The upper and lower edges of this range are currently reserved for future use. The current achievable range is 300-820. Sub-Industry❖ The more granular industry of the company. Subscription Type How your organization is subscribed to the company. Subscription types dictate the length of access and level of detail. Trend A visual representation of the company’s Bitsight Security Ratings throughout the last one year. Filters Country Companies with at least one IP address that geolocates to the selected country. Values: Country name. Folder Available folders that contain SPM companies. Values: Folder name. Industry The company’s industry. Values: Industry name. Infections Companies affected by selected infections. Values: Malware name. Open Ports Ports that are exposed to the Internet. Values: Service type. See finding messages (detected services, typical services, potentially vulnerable). Port number. Product Products provided by a service provider. Values: Product name. Product Type The business function of the product. Values: Product type. Public Disclosures Possible incidents of undesirable access to a company’s data. Values: Incident category, including… Breach General Other Rating Type The type of Bitsight Security Rating Report. Values: Curated Automated Private Self-published Risk Vector Grade How a company is performing in particular risk type. Values: Letter grades A through F. Security Rating A number between 250 to 900 representing a company’s cybersecurity posture. Values: Security ratings range. Service Provider Companies that handle or deliver services for other companies, such as web hosting, certificate signing, cloud infrastructure services, and email hosting. Values: Service provider name. Software Find third parties that are using unsupported software (out-of-date, missing latest vendor updates). They are open to certain security risks until they update. Values: Software support status. Software name. Subscription Type Filter by subscription type. Values: Subscription name. Vulnerabilities Companies that are affected by a particular flaw or weakness in a system’s design, implementation, or operation and management that could be exploited to violate the system's security policy.
