Instructions

If you are certain that an organization experienced compromise of its customer and/or employee records and you don't see that event on the organization's Bitsight Security Rating report, please follow this below steps:

1. Gather at least 1 or 2 links from verifiable news sources for reference.
2. Send the links to Bitsight Support for review.send at least 1 or 2 links from verifiable news sources to provide a frame of reference to /hc/en-us/articles/115000807367-How-to-Get-HelpBitsight Support.

Timeline

We will prioritize your request and add it as soon as possible if it meets our criteria. Our research teams typically prioritize the analysis and reporting of these events as they happen, especially for organizations with wide public recognition. They are careful to examine the accuracy of details relating to what data was accessed, how it was accessed, and by whom.
