Search Results (Company Search)

Use the Search Company or Domain search bar, located at the top of the Bitsight Security Ratings Platform, to search for a company from the entire Bitsight inventory by company name or domain.

Search by company name and filter by industry. Navigate to a specific page from the bottom of the results.

Actions

Add a Company to a Folder

Instructions:

1. Select Options to the right of the company in the table.
2. Select Add to Folder.
3. Select the folder(s) to add the company to.
4. Select Add.

Navigate Results

Instructions: Navigate to a specific page from the bottom of the results.

Filter the Data

Instructions:

• Enter the company name into the Enter company or domain search bar at the top-left of the Search Results page.
• Use the Industry dropdown at the top-left of the Search Results page to filter by industry.

Subscribe to a Company

Instructions: Use the Subscribe dropdown in the Subscribe column for the corresponding company and then select a subscription to use.

Unsubscribe from a Company

Instructions:

1. Select Options to the right of the company to unsubscribe from.
2. Select Unsubscribe from the options.
3. Select the Unsubscribe button in the window to confirm.

Fields

Company

Company information, including:

• Logo
• Name
• Rating Designations

The SPM application also includes:

External Link: This company is your My Company or My Subsidiary. We recommend viewing the company using the Security Posture Management application.

Dropdown: Use this dropdown to view the company as a third party or establish a benchmark.

Domain

The company’s domain.

Industry

The company’s industry.

Monitored

The number of Bitsight accounts that are monitoring the company.

Ratings Tree

The company’s ratings tree.

Searched by Users

The number of users in your organization who searched for the company.

Subscribe

Either subscribe actions along with the number of your remaining subscriptions or Options for managing the company:

• Description: A description of the company.
• Add to Folder: If you’re subscribed, add the company to a folder.
• Edit Details: Edit details, such as your company relationship.

The Continuous Monitoring application also includes the Add to Tier option for adding the company to a tier.
