If the Bitsight for IT Service Management by ServiceNow integration fails, your Bitsight API token may have been revoked or is invalid.
If the Findings company dropdown is not showing a list of companies, your API token is not working. To update your API token:
- Navigate to the bottom of the page.
- Select Clear Token in the Disable Bitsight Integration section.
- Pick up our Integration guide instructions starting on step 4.
