Bitsight for IT Service Management by ServiceNow: Integration Troubleshooting Ingrid If the Bitsight for IT Service Management by ServiceNow integration fails, your Bitsight API token may have been revoked or is invalid. If the Findings company dropdown is not showing a list of companies, your API token is not working. To update your API token: Navigate to the bottom of the page.
