Keep in touch with collaborators via the Enable Access Program with real-time messaging from directly in the Bitsight platform.
Sending and Viewing Messages
To view messages, select the View Messages button of an invitation from either your Collaboration Inbox or Collaboration Outbox.
- Your own messages are highlighted light blue.
- The most recent message is also displayed in the Details tab of the sheet.
Notifications
Messages are a “Collaboration” notification type. You are notified via email if you have the Collaboration notification type enabled. Notifications are also viewable and configurable from the Notifications page.
Exporting Messages
To export a transcript of the messages (.pdf), select Options ➔ Download Details in the Messages tab of sheet.
