Client/Vendor Access Links

The Client/Vendor Access Program provides participants access to the Bitsight Security Ratings Platform at no additional cost. You can generate access links to distribute to clients or vendors. When a client or vendor opens the link, they’ll be able to fill out a form to request access to the program.

Setup

Continuous Monitoring

Navigate to the Vendor Access Links page [Risk Program Setup ➔ Vendor Access Links] and select Create Link.

Insurance

Navigate to the Client Access Links page [Program Setup ➔ Client Access Links] and select Create Link.

Approval

You are notified via email when the client/vendor completes the request form. You must approve requests to join the program.

Continuous Monitoring

Go to the Collaboration page to see and approve your vendors for the program.

Insurance

Go to the Access Invitations page [ Client Engagement ➔ Access Invitations] to see and approve your policyholders for the program.

If the Collaboration Reason is Self Requested, the Manage Access option is available by the Status column.
