Activity Log

Use the Activity Log [ Settings ➔ Activity Log] to see a history of user activity, including when users subscribed or unsubscribed from an entity.

Actions

Download the Log (.csv)

Instructions: Select Download at the top-right of the table.

You can download up to 9000 rows. Consider refining your search.

Filter the Log

Instructions: Use the available filters or filter set.

Fields

Access Control Group

The user’s access control group.

Action

The action taken by the user.

Date

The date and time when the action was completed.

Target

The object that was manipulated.

Type

The type of action.

User

The user who executed the action.

Filters

Action

Filter by action.

Values:

• Subscribe
• Unsubscribe

Company

Filter active subscriptions that were edited.

Values: Company or companies.

Date

Filter by date range.

Values:

• 7d (days)
• 1m (month)
• 3m (months)
• Custom

User

Filter by users.

If the user requests to have their data removed, this filter is disabled on their behalf.

Values: User or users.

Activity Details Sheet

Selecting a logged activity opens the Activity Details sheet, which includes the following sections of information:

Header

• Date: The date and time when the action was completed.
• Action: The action taken by the user.
• Target: The object that was manipulated.
• Type: The type of action.

User

• User Name: The user who executed the action.
• User Access Control Group: The user’s access control group.
• Email: The user’s email address.
• User Role/Type: The user’s role.

Subscription Information

• Subscription Type: The subscription type.
• Access Control Group affected by the Subscription: The access control group.
• Subscription Start Date: The subscribe date.

• Subscription End Date: The unsubscribe date.

  This is empty if you’re currently subscribed to the company.
