Subsidiaries use My Subsidiary subscriptions. You can subscribe to one of your subsidiaries from your Ratings Tree.
To subscribe to one of your subsidiaries:
- Open the Ratings Tree (
Organization ➔ Ratings Tree).
- Select the subsidiary you’d like to monitor.
- Select the Subscribe dropdown.
- Select a My Subsidiary subscription.
- Select Confirm.
My Subsidiary subscriptions can only be removed by our Support team. Please create a support ticket to remove a My Subsidiary subscription.
