The following cards can be used in Dashboard of the Trust Management Hub application:

Summarizes recent connection activity.

Accept/Reject: Manage incoming connection requests from other companies.

CUSTOMER CONNECTIONS REMAINING |
Displays a count of the total used and remaining available customer connection licenses. |
CONNECTED CUSTOMERS |
The total and pending number of connections. Select the count to be directed to the Connections page. |
Open Observations |
See open observations and their details:
- Criticality
- Will or will not remediate
- Reported by
- Reported on
- Attachments
- Messages
Select an observation to see the Overview and Messages:
- In the Overview tab:
- Provide evidence of remediation or other supporting documents by uploading attachments.
- Indicate to the ticket filer whether you will remediate their issue.
- Set the expected remediation date if you plan on remediation.
- In the Messages tab, communicate with the ticket filer.
Sent messages cannot be edited or deleted.

TOTAL DOCUMENTS |
Shows the total number of in-progress or completed documents, those that need attention, and completed documents.
- Select the large number under total documents to be directed to the Documents page.
- Select the number displayed next to documents labeled as “needs attention” to get required, incomplete documents that are currently in progress.
