Summarizes recent connection activity.

• Company: The connected company.
• Creation Date: The connection date.
• Accept/Reject: Manage incoming connection requests from other companies.

See open observations and their details:

• Criticality
• Will or will not remediate
• Reported by
• Reported on
• Attachments
• Messages

Select an observation to see the Overview and Messages:

• In the Overview tab:
  • Provide evidence of remediation or other supporting documents by uploading attachments.
  • Indicate to the ticket filer whether you will remediate their issue.
  • Set the expected remediation date if you plan on remediation.
• In the Messages tab, communicate with the ticket filer.

  Sent messages cannot be edited or deleted.

Shows the total number of in-progress or completed documents, those that need attention, and completed documents.

• Select the large number under total documents to be directed to the Documents page.
• Select the number displayed next to documents labeled as “needs attention” to get required, incomplete documents that are currently in progress.
