TMH App: User Management Ingrid The User Management page in the Trust Management Hub application shows the users who have Trust Management Hub related roles. It allows admin to add and manage users. Navigation Options TMH App: User Management Actions Fields Filters Actions Only admin can manage users. See permissions. Add a User Use the Add User button at the top-right. See required fields. Edit a User’s Details Select Options ➔ Edit user. See required fields. Refine Your Search Use the filters to the left of the table. See available filters. Remove a User’s Access to Trust Management Hub Select Options ➔ Remove Trust Management role. Search For a User Enter a user’s name or email in the search bar at the top-right of the table. Fields * Required to create and edit users. Account Role * Required to create and edit users. This user’s role. Email * Required to create and edit users. This user’s email address. Joined (UTC) The date and Universal Time Coordinated (UTC) when this user was created. Last Login (UTC) The date and Universal Time Coordinated (UTC) when this user last logged in to the Trust Management Hub application. Name * Required to create and edit users. This user’s name. Status This user’s account status. Active Pending Activation Deactivated Two-Factor Authentication This user’s status with setting up 2FA. Filters Filters and available values. Roles Values: Admin Operations TMH Access Only Operations TMH Access Only Sales View Only See Trust Management Hub user roles.
