CM App: Portfolio Dashboard

The Portfolio Dashboard is a configurable dashboard that serves a landing page for Continuous Monitoring application users. It surfaces the most important information regarding your portfolio, including the Emerging Security Event card. Use it as the launching pad for third-party risk management workflows and to other parts of the Bitsight platform.

Filters

Default

  • Portfolio:
    • All Companies – View all companies in your portfolio.
    • Folders – View a particular folder.
    • Subscriptions – View companies in a particular subscription type.
  • Date Range: Set the date range of individual cards [ Options ➔ Configure Card] or of your entire Portfolio Dashboard to 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.

Cards

Card Description
Confirmed Vulnerabilities in the last 7 days Vulnerabilities that vendors in your portfolio are exposed to.

Enable Vendor Access

Collaborate with your third parties via the Client/Vendor Access Program.

  • The number of sent invitations.
  • The invitation status distribution of companies in your portfolio.

 Get a clear picture of the state of your portfolio’s risk with the Portfolio Risk Matrix, equipped with fully customizable tiering and risk threshold capabilities that supports varying policy standards.

Rating Changes

The rating change trend of your portfolio and the top 5 companies with the biggest decrease in rating.

  • Positive and negative change.
  • The number of companies with a rating change.
  • Each item in the card represents a company, along with their total rating change and current rating.

Recent Security Incidents

 Highlights the 5 most recent ratings impacting Security Incident events.
