Configuring the Scheduled Findings Report Erin Conry This report allows users to set up scheduled CSV reports that automatically deliver Findings data via email on a recurring basis directly from the Findings TableSet up a scheduled reportOn the Findings Table, apply the filters to select the data you want to include in your report. Click the download button and choose Schedule Report. A pop-up window will appear. Configure the report in the Schedule Report pop-up, you can:Give the report a name.Update the report's description.Select how often you wish to receive the report via email (the frequency). Click Save to schedule your Findings report.View Existing Scheduled ReportsClick the Reports icon in the left-hand task bar. Your reports will be listed in the My Saved and Scheduled reports section.Please note: The report icon provides information on when the report was last saved and when it is scheduled to be generated next.Change Report FrequencyFrom the Reports page, click the Scheduled Report you wish to modify. Click the Clock icon to open the Schedule Report pop-up. Choose your desired new frequency and click Save.Please note: The Save button will only become active after you make a change to the report's schedule frequency.To Pause a Report: Select Never as the report frequency. This will halt the generation of the report without deleting the scheduled report itself.Delete A Scheduled ReportClick on the Scheduled Report on the Reports page. Click the Trash Can icon.
