This report allows users to set up scheduled CSV reports that automatically deliver Findings data via email on a recurring basis directly from the Findings Table
Set up a scheduled report
- On the Findings Table, apply the filters to select the data you want to include in your report.
- Click the download button and choose Schedule Report. A pop-up window will appear.
- Configure the report in the Schedule Report pop-up, you can:
- Give the report a name.
- Update the report's description.
- Select how often you wish to receive the report via email (the frequency).
- Click Save to schedule your Findings report.
View Existing Scheduled Reports
- Click the Reports icon in the left-hand task bar.
- Your reports will be listed in the My Saved and Scheduled reports section.
Please note: The report icon provides information on when the report was last saved and when it is scheduled to be generated next.
Change Report Frequency
- From the Reports page, click the Scheduled Report you wish to modify.
- Click the Clock icon to open the Schedule Report pop-up.
- Choose your desired new frequency and click Save.
Please note: The Save button will only become active after you make a change to the report's schedule frequency.
To Pause a Report: Select Never as the report frequency. This will halt the generation of the report without deleting the scheduled report itself.
Delete A Scheduled Report
- Click on the Scheduled Report on the Reports page.
- Click the Trash Can icon.
- Confirm the deletion in the pop-up window by selecting Yes, Delete Report.
