Insurance App: Access Invitations Ingrid Your collaboration requests via the Client Access Program are tracked in the Access Invitations page [ Client Engagement ➔ Access Invitations] of the Cyber Insurance application. The comprehensive overview of your collaboration allows you to adjust your communication strategies and internal processes, as needed. Track requests made by you or your colleagues and see where your clients are in the collaboration process. The complete history of these requests can help you and your teams determine: To what degree your recipients have engaged with the requests. Who sent the requests. When the request was submitted. See access invitation user permissions. Bitsight API: GET /v1/access-requests Actions Customize Data Customize the data included in the table. Instructions: Select the Columns button at the top-right of the table. Check (include) or uncheck (exclude) a field to be visible in the table. Select Apply Changes. Download Invitations [.csv] Instructions: Select the Download button at the top-right of the table. Filter Invitations Instructions: Use the available Filters on the left. Resolve Invitations Mark an invitation as resolved. Instructions: Hover over an invitation and select Mark as Resolved from the column on the right. Check off multiple invitations and then select the Mark as Resolved button at the top of the table. Resend Invitation Instructions: Hover over an invitation and select Resend Invitation from the column on the right. View Invitation Details Instructions: Select an invitation from the table. View Messages Instructions: Hover over an invitation and select View Messages from the column on the right. You can provide context via collaboration messages. If subscribed, the current rating. The date of the invitation. Sender information: The sender’s organization. The name of the sender. Recipient information: The recipient’s organization. The name of the recipient contact. The email of the recipient. The reason why the recipient was invited to collaborate. The most recent collaboration message to the recipient.
