Company Request Statuses

Company requests can have the following statuses:

Cancelled

The request was cancelled.

Slug Name: Cancelled

Completed

The company was added. It can be viewed and can be added to your folder or tier.

Slug Name: Complete

Could Not Process Domain

The requested domain could not be processed.

Troubleshooting:

• Copy and paste the submitted domain into a browser or try including the www. prefix to see if it resolves.
• If the domain redirects, use the forwarded domain. Be sure to search for the new domain in the Bitsight inventory before resending a company request.
• Ensure the company’s assets are online.

Slug Name: Could not process domain

Failed Request

The request failed.

Pending

A request for this company has been submitted and is currently being processed.

Slug Name: Pending

Unable to Process

We are unable to identify a network footprint for this company.

Slug Name: Unable to process
