Company Request Statuses – Bitsight Knowledge Base

Company requests can have the following statuses:

Status	Description
Completed	View the company’s overview page or add them to your folder or tier.
Could Not Process Domain	The requested domain could not be processed. Troubleshooting: Copy and paste the submitted domain into a browser or try including the `www`. prefix to see if it resolves. If the domain redirects, use the forwarded domain. Be sure to search for the new domain in the Bitsight inventory before resending a company request.
Failed Request	The request failed.
Pending	A request for this company has been submitted and is currently being processed.
Unable to Process	We are unable to identify a network footprint for this company.
