Actions

See user management and Users tab permissions.

Add a User

Instructions: See guide.

Edit a User

Instructions: See guide.

Delete a User

Deleting a user cannot be undone. Deleting a user also deletes any shared folders that they created. We recommend assigning an active owner to a folder before deletion to ensure the folder can still be managed.

Instructions:

  1. Select the More Options next to the user you’d like to delete.
  2. Select Delete.
  3. Select Yes, Delete User.

Search Users

Instructions: Use the filters.png Filters button or Search bar at the top of the Users tab to search for existing users. See filters.
