Use the following instructions to manage users for Login.gov.
Limitations
- Login.gov doesn’t support the auto-provisioning of users.
- We do not support removing Bitsight users directly from the Login.gov platform.

How to add new users
Adding New Users
Add new users to the Bitsight platform from the Users tab of the Access Control page.
When a new user is added, they will receive an activation email with a link to your Login.gov single sign-on URL, which will prompt them to sign in from Login.gov going forward.

Removing Users
If an account is deactivated in Login.gov, that account must also be deleted in the Bitsight platform via the Users tab of the Access Control page.
