Alert Sets are combinations of recommended alert settings, providing a scalable way to set up alerts within the Bitsight platform.
Alert Categories are used in the following applications:
- Alert Sets can be created by anyone. Define the Alert Set for an individual or everyone with access to the folders, tiers, or subscriptions.
- Share Alert Sets with other users.
- More advanced alerting functionality for Admins and folder owners.
- Quickly start with the following Alert Sets that support your alerting needs or customize your own alerts:
- Basic: Recommended alerts for low-risk companies.
- Standard: Recommended alerts for medium-risk companies.
- Total Coverage: Recommended alerts for high-risk companies.
- My Company: Default alerts for your My Company.
Set up Alert Sets for your folders, tiers, or subscriptions from the Alert Settings page. Email preferences are managed individually by users.
