Use the Infrastructure page to add or report missing assets. The source of added assets are considered to be “customer-provided.”
By using this functionality, you acknowledge and agree that you have all consents and permissions to provide the infrastructure data. Data added should only correspond to the infrastructure of the user’s organization; personal IP addresses may not be provided. The added infrastructure findings may impact your rating information.
- Select the Add Assets button at the top-right.
- Enter assets (one per line) into the Add Assets field. You may add up to 50 assets at once.
- Select Save and Continue.

Configure your assets.
Field Description Company Your My Company or My Subsidiary to add assets to. End Date (Optional) The date when infrastructure is no longer attributed (inactive). Reason The reason for adding the asset. Start Date The request date (today). - Select Save and Continue.
- Review and confirm your changes.
- Select Add Assets to submit.
Use the Company Provided Assets tab to track your requests.
