Beacon: Invite Users of Your Already Connected Customers

As a paid Beacon subscriber, you can now invite users of your already connected customers to review your Security Profile.

Instructions

1. Select any customer from your Customer Connections list to open its profile.
2. Go to the Contacts tab.
3. Select + Add at the top-right.
4. Enter the email address of the user you want to invite to see your Security Profile. Keep in mind that the email domain must belong to the customers' company.
5. Enter a message. You can use a template or leave it blank, which will send a default message.

6. Select Submit to add the user to your contacts list and send the invite.

If the user already exists in the network, the contact information will be automatically completed and you will see a green registered user indicator. Otherwise, the information will remain blank until the user registers and completes it.
