How to Add a Company to a Folder

Use folders to group companies in your portfolio. Companies may be added to more than one folder.

Add companies to a folder:

• From the Companies List
• From the Company's Overview
• While Subscribing

Add a Company to a Folder from the Companies List

1. Open the Companies List [ Portfolio Risk ➔ Companies List].
2. Locate the company you want to add to a folder.
3. Select Options on the right side of the company’s row in the table.
4. Select Add to Folder.
5. Select the folder(s) to add the company to, or create a new folder using the button at the bottom of the list.

Add a Company to a Folder from the Vendor Risk: Overview Page

1. Select the company you want to add to a folder using the Context Switcher.
2. Select Actions in the top right of the page.
3. Select Add to Folder.
4. Select the folder(s) to add the company to, or create a new folder using the button at the bottom of the list.
