How to Change Subscriptions Jessica ⇤ Modifying Subscriptions Changing subscriptions allows you to move companies between subscription types so that you have the right level of visibility for each vendor, at the right time. Change subscriptions at any time. A continuous subscription type (Total Risk Monitoring and Risk Monitoring) cannot be downgraded to a time-limited subscription (One-Time Reports or 30-Day). However, time-limited subscriptions can be upgraded to a continuous one. You will need to have both subscription types. If all your subscriptions have already been allocated, you’ll be prompted to choose which two subscriptions will be changed for one another. Changing Subscriptions To change a subscription: Go to the Relationship Details from a company’s Overview page. Navigation Options CM App: Vendor Risk ➔ Overview Insurance App: Client Risk ➔ Overview Select the Edit button by the Relationship section of the Company Information sheet. Select a subscription from the Subscription dropdown. Select Confirm. Changing Multiple Subscriptions You can also change multiple subscriptions at once: Select up to 10 companies from your Companies List. Navigation Options CM App: Portfolio Risk ➔ Companies List Insurance App: Portfolio Risk ➔ Companies List Select Actions ➔ Change Subscriptions. Select a new subscription type. Your available subscription quota is displayed on the right of the Change Subscriptions window. Select Change. You will be summarized on the subscription changes. (Optional) Download the CSV to review any unsuccessful changes. Select Dismiss. Change license.
