What is Allowlisting?
An allowlist is a cybersecurity strategy that approves a list of email addresses, IP addresses, domain names or applications, while denying all others.
Instructions
To set up an allowlist for Bitsight communications, configure your Sender Policy Framework (SPF) to authorize Bitsight. See How to Create a Sender Policy Framework (SPF) Record.
If SPF implementation is not a viable option, ensure that e-mail notifications sent from the following domains are allowed:
bitsight.com
bitsighttech.com
We don’t recommend going by specific IP addresses or IP ranges since IP addresses used to deliver Bitsight services are continually expanding as we grow to meet the critical communication needs of our customers.
