Go to the Account page to configure user and distribution list preferences. This page also shows Admin and assigned contacts.

Alerts Integrations

Share alerts with non-Bitsight users. Available for the following integrations:

• Microsoft Teams
• Slack

Asset Risk Matrix Preferences

Configure the size and color theme of the Asset Risk Matrix.

Beta Features

Enable or disable beta features.

AI Features

Enable or disable AI features, such as Instant Insights.

Color Themes

Set the color scheme to display and view the Bitsight platform.

Company API Token

Generate or view your company API tokens.

Data Residency

Data Residency allows you to set your operational region for storing, processing, and managing your Vendor Risk Management (“VRM”) and Trust Management Hub (“TMH”) data.

This is an account-wide setting.

Email Preferences

Email alerts are generated when the Bitsight Security Rating of a company in your portfolio changes within a 7-day period. Alerts are delivered Monday through Friday at 9:00 a.m. (EDT). See notification types.

Language and Region

Select your preferred language and region for reports.

Password Settings

Update or change your password. You will be able to enter your current password and then enter a new password. See the Bitsight Password Policy.

If you've forgotten your password, use the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page of the Bitsight Security Ratings Platform. It will send an email containing a link that will allow you to reset your password to the Bitsight registered email address.

Risk Analytics

Select your preferred color theme for the Risk Analytics page.

Two-Factor Authentication"

Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to get an extra layer of security to your account.

• Configure 2FA for your account.
• Enforce 2FA for all users or specific users.
• Integrate your existing authentication mechanism via SAML.

User API Token"

Generate or view your user API token.

Distribution List

Alerts can be sent via a distribution email. Manage distribution emails from the Distribution List tab in the Account page [ Settings ➔ Distribution List].

Email Distribution List for Alerts

Enter the email distribution address into the Email distribution list for alerts field and enable any of the following alerts:

• Subscribe distribution list to security rating email alerts
  If enabled, your email distribution list is alerted when a portfolio company's rating change reaches or exceeds any of the specified thresholds over seven days (Ratings Threshold Change).
• Subscribe distribution list to compromised system email alerts
  If enabled, your email distribution list is alerted when Compromised System events that affect your company's security rating occur.

Email Distribution List for Infection Alerts

Enter the email distribution address into the Email distribution list for infection alerts field.

If the Subscribe distribution list to infection alerts option is enabled, your distribution list receives infection alerts. You can set the frequency to 10 minutes, 1 hour, or 1 day.
