Legacy Bitsight VRM: Managing Users

Refer to the following instructions to add, modify, and remove users in Legacy Bitsight VRM & Beacon.

• You can only add users whose email address matches your company’s domain.
• Admin can add other users and review all available data.
• Newly added users receive an email to complete registration.

Add New Users

1. Go to the User Management page from the left menu.
2. Select + Add.
3. Select the user’s role.
4. Select Submit.

Modify Existing Users Role

1. Go to the User Management page from the left menu.
2. Select the Pencil (Edit) next to the user to modify.
3. Select their new role.
4. Save your changes.

Remove Existing Users

1. Go to the User Management page from the left menu.
2. Select the Pencil (Edit) next to the user to remove.
3. Select Remove User.
