Access Control: Companies Tab

The Companies tab in the Access Control page [ Settings ➔ Access Control ➔ Companies] allows you to manage the companies in your Access Control Groups.

Check the Checkbox of the companies you’d like to add to a group, and then select Add to Groups. A company can be added to any number of groups.

Once a company is subscribed by a group, it is allocated and owned by that group. The owning group is the only group that can manage the subscription. Visibility to the company can be shared among all groups. When other groups subscribe to the company as a shared subscription, it does not use up additional subscriptions.

To free up any unused subscriptions and if any group allocation has been set up, see Adding or Editing Groups to reallocate subscriptions among the groups.

Actions

Download Companies in Access Control Groups

Download a CSV of the companies.

Instructions: Select Download at the top-right of the table.

Filter Companies

Instructions: Use the available filters on the left of the table.

Search Companies

Instructions: Use the Search… bar at the top-right of the table to search by company name.

Unsubscribe from a Company

Instructions:

1. Select Options to the right of the company to unsubscribe from.
2. Select Unsubscribe from the options.
3. Select the Unsubscribe button in the window to confirm.

Fields

Company

The name of the company.

Date Added

The date when a company in your organization subscribed to this company.

Group Count

The number of groups this company has been added to.

Subscribing Group

The name of the group that subscribed to this company.

Subscription Type

The type of subscription used to monitor this company.

Filters

Country

Include companies that have attributions in the selected country.

Folder

Used to organize your portfolio into folders and allows you to better understand the security performance of certain groups of companies.

Group Membership

Include companies that are members of the selected groups.

Industry

See industries.

Subscribing Group

The group that owns the subscription.

Subscription Type

The type of subscription used to monitor this company. See subscription types.

Tier

See tiering and the Portfolio Risk Matrix.
