Legacy Bitsight VRM: Approving New Users

Users are pre-approved if they're invited through the Add Platform Users steps. Otherwise, new users need to be approved by an existing admin before they can access the Legacy Bitsight VRM & Beacon applications.

To manage who has access, permissions, and approve new users:

1. Go to the User Management page from the left menu.

   If you do not see the User Management icon, it means you do not have the right access level.

2. Review the list of Pending Users and identify the new users you wish to add.
3. Select the green Approve button.
