Jira Integration Guide Jessica This guide provides instructions for configuring, disabling, and deleting the Jira integration with Bitsight. This integration allows the user to create Jira tickets from the Finding Details sheet in the Findings Table. Only Bitsight Admins can configure, disable, or delete this integration. During configuration, you must sign in to a Jira account with administrator permissions for the project you want to connect. This integration is compatible with Jira Software and Jira Service Management. Configuring the Jira Integration Open the SPM application. Select Settings ➔ Integrations. Select Jira. Select Configure. Select Sign in to Jira. Complete the sign in process. You must sign in to an administrator account for the Jira project you want to connect. Close the tab. Select the Jira account you want to connect. Select the Jira project you want to connect. Only one project can be connected using this integration. Select Save the Project. Disabling the Jira Integration To disable the integration without deleting the configuration, select Disable. When a project is disabled, users are not able to create Jira tickets from the Findings page. You may wish to disable the integration to troubleshoot something or review workflows in Jira. Deleting the Jira Integration To delete the integration completely, select Delete. Once deleted, the configuration no longer exists and must be reconfigured in order to use it again.
