Configuring the integration for Jira Software Erin Conry 1. Go to your Atlassian site’s Jira page (Example: https://<youratlassian-site>.atlassian.net/jira/for-you) 2. On the left sidebar:Click on ‘Spaces’ (earlier called Projects) tabHover over the scrum space, you’ll see three horizontal dots appear, Click on them Click on ‘Space settings’3. A Space setting page should be displayed:Click on the ‘Fields’ option from left sidebar (1) Click on ‘Add Fields’ button on the top right corner (a right sidebar will open) (2) Click on search bar (3) and search for these four fields – Rolled Up Observation ID, Company GUID, Risk Vector, Evidence Key. Note – Click only on the option with a rectangular box iconClick on ‘Add 4 Fields’ (4), (after you select the above mentioned 4 fields) button in the bottom left after selecting all the fields mentioned above. Your fields are added successfully. 4. Now we must configure these fields on ‘Work Types’ of that scrum space. From the left sidebar, click on ‘Work types’ (just under Fields). This opens a drop-down menu of different work types you have in your space, for e.g., Epic, Story, Task, Bug, etc. Select any Work Type. For demonstration we will select ‘Task’. From the right sidebar, under ‘Other Fields’, drag and drop the four custom fields (Rolled Up Observation ID, Company GUID, Risk Vector, Evidence Key) to ‘Context Fields’ section located in the middle of the screen. In scrum space, the priority field is not added by default in the work type. So, if you intend to use it on the configuration page of our app, then please drag the ‘Priority’ field also to the context field section. After dragging all the fields click on ‘Save changes.’ This adds your custom fields to the work type on which our issues will be created.
