Deciding which rating to subscribe to is dependent on your use case. If you are need to monitor the organization’s performance as a whole, you should subscribe to the top parent. Findings from all of the parent's subsidiaries are included in that rating. If you need to monitor the performance of a particular subsidiary within an organization, you should subscribe to that subsidiary. This allows you to see specific details for that company. If you need to monitor multiple subsidiaries in the same organization, you must subscribe to each one separately. Companies may choose to highlight a particular rating as their primary rating. A primary rating is identified with a Primary icon in the ratings tree, the company page, and the search results page. This indicates that the company believes this rating is a better reflection of their security posture.
