If you are unable to subscribe to a new company, it could be due to one of the common issues described below.
If you encounter any of these issues, contact your account admin. If the issue persists, or the admin is unable to resolve it, reach out to Support for assistance.
Not Enough Subscriptions
Your company may have run out of available subscriptions, preventing new users from subscribing. You can view your subscription count by accessing the Platform Usage Report.
Compatibility
The subscription you chose may not be compatible with the company you're trying to subscribe to - for example, My Subsidiary subscriptions can only be used on subsidiaries under the same Ratings Tree.
User Group or Permission Issues
You may not have the right user role or permissions to apply a subscription.
Browser Cache or Cookies
Old browser data can interfere with the subscription process. Clear your cache and try again, or try with a different browser.
