Unsubscribe from Multiple Companies

If you are using the Security Posture Management application, you can unsubscribe from a company with a Risk Monitoring or Total Risk Monitoring subscription. To unsubscribe from a company:

1. Open the My Company list [ Organization → My Company List].
2. Select the checkboxes next to the companies you want to unsubscribe from. You can unsubscribe from up to 20 companies at a time this way.
3. Select the Actions dropdown.
4. Select Unsubscribe Companies.

Bulk Unsubscribe

If you want to unsubscribe from more than 20 companies, you can create a ticket with our Support team. We will require the following information for each company you wish to unsubscribe from:

1. Company GUID. You can find a company's GUID by opening the Company Details page and copying it from the URL or requesting it with our API.
2. Company name and domain
3. Admin account user
